One of the greatest towing company ever used in my 15 years experience !

Highly recommend this company. Eddie was awesome! He came within 15 minutes as promised, so friendly and went above and beyond. Our Freightliner semi was losing air, he hooked up his airline to us and refilled our bags. He got us to the Freightliner dealership so we could get fixed up and back on the road. Thank you so much for all you do.

The mechanic Greg was dedicated to getting me back on the road. He went through every adversarial circumstance possible and overcame all challenges to get me going. Couldn’t have asked for more of a professional group of guys

This company is exceptional. The company I work for calls on Wrenches and Wreckers at least 3-4 times a month for either road service or towing. They are extremely knowledgeable and fair priced. They take care of us like we are one of their own. They will always be our first call when we need help and they have even returned the favor by having some work done at our Body Shop. The business relationship could not be better and the service they provide is second to none!

A-1 service. As a breakdown coordinator for a trucking firm I can’t tell you how important it is to have a towing company that understands that any down time wether repairs or being towed is crucial to our performance for our customers. Eddie and his staff execute to a high standard! My first call is always to Wrenches and Wreckers.

So far, a great experience. Was able to work with my company to get me into the shop and in a timely manner. After repair, I will be able to continue the journey back to see my kids on Christmas still. Saved the holidays.

It is very hard to find an honest and knowledgeable shop in Hagerstown area. Luckily i called the right place. Called a road service for a starter issue. Greg was very professional, showed up on time, had us running within minutes, and explained in details what the issue was. Good to know that there is a place in this area that I can call next time when I need service. 10/10

These guys are the greatest! Truck wasn't getting fuel from auxiliary tank and died in a busy intersection. Hooked me up, pulled me to their own nearby shop, put some fuel in primary tank and got me going again all inside of about 45 minutes. Thanks Eddie and Greg! God bless.

My antique bus/RV broke down on PA Ave. in Hagerstown on Saturday. Freddie of W&W came to tow it to a repair shop. The bus is large, heavy and equipped with Maxi-brakes (effective but antiquated). Freddie knew exactly what to do and did it efficiently while reassuring me he had everything covered. I asked him to pass along to the repair shop some quirks of the bus to the repair shop and he remembered every one. Bill was not inexpensive but very reasonable. Kudos also to Leah in dispatch. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I broke down on I-68 due to a bad radiator. Called W and W. One hour or so later, the nicest and hardest working guy I have ever met shows up. His name is Cody. I've been towed many times in my career but this guy was over the top. Professional, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service. I would swear he owned the company by the way he represented W and W. Not to mention this company charges a very fair price. Thank you W and W. and thank you Cody.

Last week I had a problem with a load, and it so happened that on the way I had to move the load due to incorrect weight distribution. I asked here and there and this workshop was recommended to me. these people responded incredibly fast and helped me a lot and didn't even wonder what to do just the guy came and immediately helped me with overloading my flatbed trailer. Great job great attitude and very reasonable service prices! After a job well done I talked to the mechanics and the owner and they also showed me around their workshop, they do many types of repair services on engines trailers truck chassis .very well organized workshop with all kinds of tools and I can see they do excellent work. It also has a pretty good location and good parking! Thanks!

If you're having truck trouble and feel like you've tried everything, you've got to check out Wrenches and Wreckers in Hagerstown, MD. Seriously, Doug is a legend there. My truck had this super annoying air leak that no one could figure out. I went to seven different places from Texas to Maryland, and nobody could fix it. But then I found Doug. Doug is like a superhero of truck fixing. He's got all this skill and knows how to do things that seem impossible. He looked at my truck, and it was like he just knew what to do. The place he works, Wrenches and Wreckers, is pretty cool too. They have all the tools you could imagine, and everyone there really wants to help out. What makes Doug the best isn't just that he's really good at fixing trucks. It's also that he actually cares. He's not just trying to make money; he wants to make sure you're safe on the road and your truck runs like a dream. So, to Doug and everyone at Wrenches and Wreckers, you guys rock! Thanks for not just fixing my truck, but for being super kind and going the extra mile. So, again: if you need a mechanic who's going to treat you right and fix any problem, Doug's your guy. I had one of my trucks break down and was recommended to call Wrenches and Wreckers by the local Love's. I called and Doug Barnes was dispatched to help my driver. He was fast, extremely knowledgeable, and very fair. My driver appreciated his honesty and I would use Doug and this vendor all the time when we are in the area.

I Was driving and my truck started wobbling so I put my hazards on so the truck behind me could pass by, little did I know it was a tow truck behind me. so I pulled over on the side of the road and he pulls over in front of me and told me he could see my wheel was wobbling and it looked like it was about to fall off. I told him I could feel it wobbling and my truck started to lean. I swear to goodness that was nothing but God!!!!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 My front tire is missing two lug nuts and my back tire had three of them extremely loose.🤦🏾‍♀️ I was saved from a car accident 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙏 Thank you Timmy Z! I can’t really put in words how kind and wonderful these people are! They are so understanding and Colby is AMAZING! He does his job to the T. When my vehicle got towed I was not home at the time though my neighbors told me how thorough he was with photos and getting my vehicle onto the rollback! Not a single dent or scratch. I recommend this business and especially Colby!

Needed brakes on my truck, went to wrenches and wreckers, found a crew of friendly, knowledgeable, technicians, got me strait in the shop, immediately inspected, and began work, 2 hours later I was rolling out of the yard. That’s unheard of !!! Freightliner wouldn’t even look at the truck For 3 days, 5 stars because 10 stars wasn’t an option. If your in Hagerstown area and you need repairs, there is no better shop for miles !!!

I had a service call the Tex who came was very knowledgeable he found the trouble but being a Sunday morning part’s would be a problem so we had to have it towed. With in two hours the tow truck was there. He was GREAT. I had a trailer he towed both units that Man can Drive!! I was on a off ramp and the on ramp was next to in. He pulled onto 144 then had to back up to get to the on ramp did it in one shot. Then when we got to the shop he backed my trailer in between two other trailers again with only one pull up that Man can drive!! If I ever have a problem in the Maryland Area again this is the place I’m calling first. Thank you for doing a great Job thank you for your professionalism in doing your Job. A Big 👍 too the two man who came out to me on a Sunday morning.
